Hi I am absolutely shocked and horrified at your last message .....We were not time wasters hence we contacted u the minute we knew we were making the wrong decision ...... We wanted 2 dogs but after looking into this we did not think it was the right thing as there is lots of advice against taking 2 pups from the same litter .... We have 2 children and had promised them a dog each so at this point in time one is not an option . We basically need to rethink the whole thing ..... We cannot afford to just let you keep out £300 of our money At no point did you mention deposit this was non returnable. I do not understand this at all . We will be seeking legal advice if our money is not returned.
